My meadow has plenty of oxeye, it was very prevalent in year two.
I originally sowed wildflower seed after we turned the soil (previously agri).
I've just cut every autumn since, then later I let a few sheep in to tidy up the edges...they do a great job!
However, it has a lot of grass, esp Yorkshire Fog, which I don't mind, but it's holding back flowers.
Lots of yellow rattle sown over the last 2/3 years, but not much sowing.
Anything else I can do?
